Founded in 2003
True to the name of the Egyptian goddess, Isis
Productions nurtures the creative process and brings it to life
through the power and magic of theater. We celebrate the lives
of humanity and its work, seeking to challenge, inspire, question
and affirm.
Isis Productions is run by Renee Weisband.
Renee Weisband
Renee Weisband has been the producing artistic director at
Isis Production since 2009. Renee has been performing on stages
from Pittsburgh to New York and Philadelphia since the age
of 11. She has done film as well as commercial and print work.
She is a proud member of AEA, SAG and AFTRA. As a certified
teacher Renee has started theater programs in schools and done
summer workshops with the New Jersey Governor School Scholars
at TCNJ. Renee has been teaching privately from her studio
for over 15 years. Some of Renee’s students have finished their
conservatory work and are now working in many areas of theater
as well as many who have gone on to become lawyers and doctors.
Renee’s dream as an actress and teacher is to one day have
a performance space (40 by 60 black box with a 20’ ceiling).
This space would be a center where young actors, dancers, musicians
and writers would have a venue for their work. It would be
a space where kids could have the best teachers in one space
who would be available to them at all times.
